ALBION COTTAGE

The cottage is a converted stable and carriage house to Grade II listed Tudor and Georgian Albion House on the edge of Mylor village. ‘Little Albion’ has its own private courtyard with a BBQ. There is also a large garden, with a kitchen garden, grass tennis court (only playable when dry), swings and trampolines. There is parking for cars and boats (we are close – 5 mins drive – to Mylor Harbour for launching).

The front door opens into a comfortable living room and dining area with fireplace and woodburning stove. Situated off the living room is twin bedroom with two single beds.

A well equipped kitchen/breakfast room, including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and espresso maker, has a door leading to the private courtyard with covered pergola and washing line and BBQ. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a WC and basin.

Stairs lead up to a large master bedroom with a king size bed. This room has a wash basin and views over open countryside. The third twin bedroom is off this room.

New trips this year, meals at the Pandora and Castaways at Mylor Churchtown. Porthleven from childhood visits though parking is a nightmare. Park and float to Falmouth and maritime museaum was a great day out for all ages children to grandparents. Another fabulous holiday at Mylor Thanks Paddy and Pen- see you next year!”
